Tasting Notes
Traditional winemaking in stainless steel vats, de-alcoholised by vacuum distillation and then the wine is lightly carbonated. Elegant pale colour with a crisp and ripe apple scent accompanied by a touch of sweetness. Subtle flavours with a lingering finish.
Food
Great alternative to wine for aperitif and party nibbles such as chicken or plaice goujons and goats cheese tarts.
