Producer

Amanda Thomson was voted one of Business Insider’s Coolest People in Food & Drink 2019. Leading the global shift to alcohol-free drinking, Thomson recently launched game-changing Noughty, the first top quality alcohol-free, organic, vegan, halal, low sugar sparkling. Amanda is also driving the debate for greater transparency in wine production and labelling and wants consumers to push to know what’s in their bottle.
Tasting Notes
Notes of yellow apple, lime and chamomile are present on the nose, with aromas of honeysuckle, citrus fruit and jasmine on the palate. Elegant balance of acidity and fruitiness. Made with predominantly Chardonnay and just a splash of Chenin Blanc. The grapes and juice are handled reductively to lock in fruitiness, with some time on lees for complexity. The wine is then dealcoholized by way of a gently spun cone technology. A great alternative to any elegant alcoholic white.
Food
A refreshing white wine that will pair well with light fish dishes, soft and creamy cheeses as well as spicy food such as Indian and Thai plates.
