As we are well into the festive period now, here is all the information of our opening hours over the next few weeks.

Ellis Opening Hours

Monday 24th December - Open until 1pm
Tuesday 25th December - Closed
Wednesday 26th December - Closed
Thursday 27th December - Open as normal
Friday 28th December - Open as normal
Monday 31st December - Open until 4pm
Tuesday 1st January - Closed
Wednesday 2nd January - Normal service resumes

As this is an extremely busy time of year we ask that you place your orders before 3pm the day before your designated delivery day, but the earlier the better. This is to ensure that we can fit your order onto our vans and get your wine to you in a timely manner.

Courier Services

Courier services are more limited at this time of year. If you have any questions please speak to your sales manager or contact the order office at orders@ellis-wines.co.uk.

We offer two carrier services:

Under 7 dozen – APC network

7 dozen and over – Pallet service

The last collection day for delivery before Christmas will be Thursday 20th December. Please place your order with us by 5pm Wednesday 19th.

APC Network

Operates between Christmas and New Year, with a 24 hr delivery for orders placed with us by 11am, as follows:

Thursday 27th December – delivery Friday 28th December

Friday 28th December – delivery Monday 31st December

Monday 31st December – no dispatch

Wednesday 2nd January – delivery Thursday 3rd January

Pallet service

This service does not operate between Christmas and New Year, so the first dispatch from us will then be Wednesday 2nd January 2019.
